What we collect

• Your name and email address (from Google sign-in or when you create an account).
• Your phone number, delivery address and location, which you enter at checkout.
• Your order details, the text you type, and reference files you upload.
• Your order history, order status and payment reference number.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. These go directly to Razorpay.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, show your order progress, send confirmation and status emails, give support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements.

Who handles it

We do not sell your data. To run the site we use trusted services: Google Firebase Authentication (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), an email delivery service (order emails), Turso (database) and Render (hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use one session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Uploaded reference files are kept only as long as needed to complete your order.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing ruthjohn2401@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security and children

The site uses HTTPS, and only the studio owner can open the admin area. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect your data. Our services are not meant for children under 18 ordering on their own.
