You can cancel an order and get a full refund as long as work has not started, that is, while the order is at Order Placed, Payment Successful or Order Confirmed. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID.
Once the progress changes to "In Progress" or later, design work has begun and the order is not refundable. We will keep working with you through the revision rounds included in your order until you are satisfied with the result.
Optional extras (rush delivery, source files, extra revision round, print-ready mockup) are refundable only before work starts.
We review refund requests within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, the payment gateway normally returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, contact us with your payment reference and we will help.
