PixelPulse is a digital design studio in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Through this website you can order design services such as social media posts and reels, digital marketing creatives, logos, banners, invitation cards, visiting cards, pamphlets, customised books, copywriting, posters, eBooks and logo animation. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see before paying is calculated by our server from the service, quantity, size and extras you choose. An order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot complete, and in that case you will receive a full refund.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, logos, images and other material you give us. You are responsible for that content. We may refuse any content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. Please keep copies of your originals.
Each service includes the number of revision rounds shown on its page. Extra rounds can be added as an optional extra. A completely new concept or a change to the original brief may be treated as a new order.
Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the final artwork for your own personal or business purposes. Editable source files are provided only if you bought the "Editable source files" extra. Fonts, stock elements and similar material are licensed for use in the finished design only. Colours may look different on screen and in print.
You sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
We take care to deliver work as described. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
