All our services are digital. We do not ship physical products. Finished files are sent to you by email or WhatsApp, using the email and phone number you gave at checkout.
The delivery time is shown on each service page, usually between 1 and 6 days. It is counted from the moment your payment is confirmed. If you choose Rush delivery (24h), we aim to deliver within 24 hours. Delivery time may be longer if we are waiting for information or files from you; we will tell you if anything delays your order.
Sign in and open Track to see your order status (Order Placed, Payment Successful, Order Confirmed, In Progress, Review / Revisions, Completed, Delivered). We also email you each time the status changes.
The address and location you enter at checkout help us confirm who the order is for and contact you about it. Nothing is shipped to this address.
If you did not receive your files, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and we will resend them.
